Each 1/4 beef will yield approxmiately 110 pounds* of beef (with bone-in on various cuts).   If your 1/4 of a beef weighs over 110 pounds, you get the overage for free!
You will recieve a variety of cuts including Ribeyes, T-Bone Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Roasts, Stew Meat, Short Ribs and the ever versatile, Ground Beef.  Approximately half of your order will be ground beef.  
All of our beef is raised in the Klamath Basin of Southern Oregon on a small family ranch.  Each product has been sustainabily raised and has exceptional flavor.  
A 1/4 of a beef is ideal for supplementing your family's meat supply or for a 1-2 person household.
